Lifestyle changes!

Hi there! So lots if things happening in our lives :) 

We have gone back to following a low sugar, low carb, high fat ketogenic diet for the month of May, and so far things are good! We are still working on Keto adapting, and I think I've just finally crossed the threshold of becoming ketogenic! We will see :) Tonight for dinner I tried a super easy recipe that I wanted to share! Just 3 ingredients (plus spices) make this a super easy recipe!

Low Carb/Keto Skillet "Pizza"

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella
Toppings of your choice, precooked (I chose pepperoni)
Low sugar pizza sauce
Garlic salt and Italian spices to taste

Directions:
1. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high and place 1 cup of cheese in a thin later at the bottom of the skillet.
2. Once bubbling starts, add toppings and spices.
3. As the edges brown, run a spatula under them and cook another 1-2 minutes. When you can run a spatula underneath, transfer to a plate and let cool. 
4. Cut into quarters and dip in pizza sauce or Alfredo!

This was quite good and satisfies a pizza craving!  I'll probably make it again since I usually have the ingredients on hand!
